We can process in a state of openness and awareness. It helps relieve anxiety and stress.Take a deep breath and let the stress of every day just kind of melt away. Any thoughts or emotions, any tasks to do, just let them all go. Let the stress of the day melt away. For the next 10 to 15 minutes, we're going to go ahead and meditate. We're going to be in this present moment, together. I'll keep an eye on the clock, so don't worry. You can just allow your awareness to change, to expand.Take a few deep breaths.
