Joe Scire is currently serving in his third season as the Team Dietitian and Coordinator of Performance Nutrition for the Arizona Diamondbacks. Before joining the Diamondbacks, Joe spent three years at Ohio State University, where he pursued his master’s in medical dietetics, worked closely with the baseball team, and researched performance biomarkers in the endurance athlete population. A New Hampshire native, he earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology from the University of New Hampshire.
