Quote: “Every problem introduces a person to himself” - John McDonnell

A painful experience can abruptly stop anyone in their tracks. No one plans for painful experiences and no one is exempt from them. It’s during the most difficult times in our lives that we discover a different version of ourselves. Although our stories can be different, the fight to come through it all unscathed is the goal for everyone.

In today’s solo episode we walk through The Path’s Survival Guide to moving through and from pain to pivoting when necessary. We don't forget the pain, but we must acknowledge the it and seek healing from it so you don’t become paralyze in the pain. It is a process and the time it takes for you to heal will not be the same as another persons healing, but know that you will heal if you are willing to pursue it…just like the BOLD women on The Path Podcast.
