Raphaela Browne is a Certified Personal and Leadership Coach helping women in leadership bring the best of who they are to their work and personal life. Her own experience of overworking, burnout and trying to "do it all" has informed much of her work and dedication in helping women in leadership learn how to ditch toxic productivity and show up at their best in their careers and personal life.

As a motivator, strategic thinker, and a results-driven coach, Raphaela supports leaders through a combination of Positive Psychology, along with strengths, values, and solution-based approaches.

Raphaela has provided her coaching skills to various Fortune 500 companies such as Google, Pinterest, Tesla, and more. Additionally, Raphaela has worked in the nonprofit industry for over 15 years and combines her education with experience in nonprofit management/leadership to provide a holistic approach to how she works with individuals, companies, and organizations. She’s an advocate for creating healthy cultures, systems, and structures within organizations, which aids in developing invested and thriving teams. Her main goal is to empower, as well as educate leaders with defining success on their own terms and developing long lasting strategies to move forward. Let her show you how!
