At The BodCon, we believe movement should be joyful, empowering, and entirely your own. That’s why, on June 17, we teamed up with Fabletics to co-host Every Body Can Walk, a walk/run event designed for every body, every pace, and every style. This event was all about moving with purpose, pleasure, and creating a space for connection and community.

Join The BodPod host Rachel K. Grim as she prepares for the event, sharing how she styles her walk-ready outfit to feel confident and comfortable. From her favorite accessories to her personal connection to the event, Rachel reflects on how this walk is not just about moving—it’s about celebrating your body, feeling great in what you wear, and connecting with others who share the same mission of body positivity and inclusivity.

Stay tuned for part two of this vlog, where Rachel will take you along on the walk itself so you can re-live the experience with us.
