Not All Stress is Bad: Building Resilience Through Purpose, Rest, and Good Stress

This is StRest! In a solo deep-dive, Kerstin reframes stress and shows why resilience is built—not born—when you pair purpose-driven “good stress” with real rest. She distinguishes eustress from distress and explains hormesis (small, controlled stressors like exercise, fasting, heat/cold) where growth happens during recovery.
