"Beets is a beat down."
This was a video, but I want to start connecting to that trust thing. Individuals who care for dogs, support shelters & assist in the adoption process (socializing & behavior modification) are TRUSTED.
This puppy is not 100% housebroken, but after a short time started to indicate "potty" by sitting by the day 2/5x. She also goes ~90 minutes after eating. Her yeast infection led to loss of fur but it's growing back and would thrive in a home without a cat and with other dogs who are gentle. She doesn't bark, but has tried, following Stella & mimicking her allowing her to learn tricks & fetch a little. Doesn't tend to bring the stick or ball back.
In the past I've stated that "the good stuff hurts, too" making it hard to share what is most helpful in ending trauma as well, but my endocrine system is regulated. In this video, I speak slightly rapidly, more than I prefer, but no stuttering or "pops...stops." That may seems harsh, but am practicing consent now. How to make boundaries, feel safe & most importantly not have tt. I can get her to any location between Detroit, MI & Chicago, IL. She is located in Michiana near the boarder of SW MI & NE IN.
