Give people new things to talk about, but also, realize, some people are just really sick. #anxiety #sobriety & this dynamic that I didn't get, but in this voice memo, it's clearly something that will never go away until I MAKE THE CONSCIOUS DECISION to "care more about myself than fear of what they're going to do" because it ends #suicides.

When it hit me since the frequency of their excuses picked up so acceleration similar to when people on the sidewalk are walking towards me on Michigan Avenue (Chicago, IL, USA) so I avoid it. When your behavior changes, take note. I'm not avoiding popular streets during rush hour normally, but then I realized by getting stuck in these thoughts. Wait--I did avoid rush hour. Left by 6:45 (at the latest!) if getting to work by 7:15 (& riding my bike) and was out of work by 2PM if I didn't do after school so you avoid people & now, due to this other thing, chronic pain management, you start to realize WHY.

Spray it, Sat it, Slay it is from England.

I was using a hose & put my finger to increase the pressure & had an idea & a rhyme to get back to speech.
