Throughout my life people have wanted to talk to me and ask me the following questions, on their own journey-

Am I drinking too much?

Am I on a journey?

Is this going to be a problem?

If you have an issue with alcohol, you just need to be honest with yourself.

Now I am sober- I do not class myself as a recovering alcoholic, I don’t drink anymore I am sober.

The aim of the podcast is to give you advice, inspiration and help you create your magical mindset.

Each week I will bring you an exciting guest and alongside that I will be bringing you regular content from myself to help you make that change today.
