From a background in Admin, Finance and Sales Lisa went on to work in HR where she found something she loved- Talking to people, looking at people and how you treat people.

Now Lisa coaches’ individuals, as a Personal Development Coach – She describes how when you change your habits/behaviours something must fill the gap. Lisas Clients want to be challenged but most importantly she meets her Clients where they are at.

Her passion is to work with people, enabling them to reach their true potential and be happy in their life to achieve their goals.

We also discuss my personal relationship with Lisa and how Lisa was always confident she could help me and how I was able to reach out to her when I needed her the most.
