Have you heard about the Bulletproof Diet by Dave Asprey? Dave Asprey is a biohacker, and one day while I was scrolling through YouTube, a came across one of his videos about biohacking.
I was so interested in what he had to say that I went to the library and picked up his book, Head Strong. I read the entire book in a weekend and I loved what he had to say, although I was a little skeptical of drinking coffee with butter.
I decided to get this book, The Bulletproof Diet, so that I could understand more about his way of eating, which come to find out is a clean keto way of eating. I have heard of Keto before, but never really understood it. I started learning more, and I am currently trying this way of eating.
