Are you looking at starting the Bulletproof Diet from Dave Asprey and your interested in MCT oil since Dave Asprey recommends it in his coffee on the Bulletproof Diet? I am interested too, so I picked up a bag of Bulletproof Coffee and a bottle of Brain Octane Oil, which is an MCT oil created by Dave Asprey.
In this video I do an unboxing of this MCT oil, Brain Octane Oil, and I open it up to do a smell test and a taste test of this oil. I have read that this MCT oil should be flavorless and shouldn’t smell like anything. Let’s find out today.
