Welcome to the Like Attracts Like Mindshift Challenge!

Over the next 21 days, we are dropping a podcast a day with our most powerful mindset shifts and techniques.

Join us as we go on a journey of self discovery and uncover the truth of who we are.

On Day 3, we discuss how the current story of us was created, and how our brain is designed to find evidence in the world that concerns that story back to us. This is what keeps us living in loops, repeating the same patterns and cycles over and over again.

Once we understand how the beliefs we've been accepting were formed, we can begin the work to dismantle and change them.

Are there any negative patterns in your life that you wish you could break?

Are there any specific things that you do or think that don't serve you any longer?

Write down 3 beliefs that are behind the actions or behaviors you want to break.

This is not to judge, but to face them so you can begin to change them.
