We don’t measure our actual progress. Instead, we look at where we were and where we want to be, not how far we’ve already come. This week, episode 12 of Selling for Yourself: a guide for non-sales people Podcast is about how to intentionally track your business progress!

Access the Zero to Sales in 10 Minutes a Day free sales training. You’ll learn how to get on the phone with five qualified prospects this week.

I’m sharing the importance of creating KPIs for your business. I also give you actionable steps you can take right now to evaluate your progress. Some of the talking points I go over in this episode include:

  3. Learning to make better decisions based on what’s actually happening rather than how you feel in the moment.

Remember, progress over perfection.
