With the need to expand the reach of healthcare providers, there has been a rise in utilization of non-physician clinicians, such as physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Dr. Baktari discusses this rise the need for balance in provider relations. The podcast also delves into the pendulum swing of care delivery modalities, with patients' preference of telehealth even as we exit the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency on May 11, 2023.
