Last episode, we talked about perfectionism and healing our emotions associated with this mindset. Today I want to shift our focus toward another area in our emotional healing journey that keeps us stuck and distracted from living our best life: Unforgiveness. I know firsthand how real the struggle is to forgive and move on. I also know how forgiveness empowers me to confidently reclaim my peace, happiness, and self-worth. FORGIVENESS is a complex concept and something many of us struggle with. For this reason, I’ve broken down this FORGIVENESS series into five episodes to give each defining element its own breathing room.
