Last episode, we began our exploration of unforgiveness and how adopting a forgiveness mindset leads toward emotional healing AND an improved quality of life. I know how real the struggle is to forgive and move on. I also know how forgiveness empowers us to confidently reclaim our peace, happiness, and self-worth.
