I had the privilege of sitting down with Kathy O’Bryan, also known as The Mini Me Dietitian, to talk about something that so many parents struggle with—feeding our kids. As a dad to a two-and-a-half-year-old, I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to figure out what to feed our little ones. Kathy’s realistic, down-to-earth approach to toddler nutrition makes it easier for parents to navigate meals, snacks, and everything in between.

This is part one of a two-part conversation with Kathy, where she shares her expertise as both a mom and a dietitian.
