In this episode, I share a personal story about a job interview where I called my businesses "just hobbies," only to realize how that one word diminished my achievements. "Just" often reflects our insecurities—downplaying choices we think others might not value. By removing "just" from our language, we stop inviting comparison, embrace where we are, and build confidence in our journey.
