This week I’m back with a solo episode - just you and me - and we’re looking at one of my favourite topics: productivity fitness.

Think of productivity like a muscle. You wouldn’t expect to run a marathon without training.... the same goes for how you work.

Your productivity is made up of different “muscles” - things like prioritisation, boundaries, energy management, focus, planning, mindset… and when one is weak, you feel it. That’s when procrastination, overwhelm, or that “busy but stuck” feeling creeps in.

In this episode, I’ll share:

  • What productivity fitness actually means (and why it’s not about hustle culture 🚫)
  • How to spot when one of your productivity muscles needs strengthening
