We’re featuring Jim Falk, the VP of Sales at Nolan Painting and a Sales Coach here at Nolan Consulting Group on today’s episode of Out of the Hourglass. Jim recently co-facilitated a Sales Fundamentals Workshop for Summit Members focused on executing and mastering the Sales Process. As part of this workshop, he spoke on a topic called Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and how it can be applied to Sales and your prospect interactions. NLP through Sales focuses on using specific words, actions and tonality to build connections with potential customers. It’s the simplicity of this strategy that brings so much impact, and we thought it worth a share!

To get us started, we’ll connect with Jim one-on-one for a check in on the state of Sales in this current environment, the challenges that are arising as a result and what he and his team are working on to give it their best shot at hitting their Sales goals.
