Healing trauma doesn’t happen by accident — it’s intentional. In this episode, I share how a season I didn’t choose, driving a truck far from home, led me to build a daily introspection practice that changed how I heal. Lola, my butterfly leitmotif, showed me how to notice the signs and lessons in the midst of struggle.

I break down the five daily questions that guide me:

  1. Did I honor my prayer of gratitude today?
  2. Did I choose to be lovely, even when it was hard?
  3. Did I live by good report with joy?
  4. How did these choices affect me and others today?
  5. What does this mean for tomorrow?
