What if the sugar diet isn’t working because of sugar, but because of protein restriction?

FGF-21 is similar to a metabolic reset switch, powerful when used occasionally, but risky if left on all the time. Chronic activation often comes with trade-offs such as muscle loss, hormonal changes, and nutrient deficiencies.
