Dr. Fiona Lovely is a longevity, health and wellness expert with specialties in menopause medicine, functional neurology and functional medicine. She is speaking to the topics of women's health around perimenopause and menopause.

What does it take to optimize health at perimenopause and menopause? Dr. Scott Sherr is here to help us sort through the details of making the second half of your life, the best half! Let's prioritize wellness above all else.

The root cause of health is quite simple: it's all the things you think it should be - food, movement, sleep, relationships, etc. And it's paying attention to your metabolic and mitochondrial health. We might hear these words thrown around but do we really know what to do to help ourselves?

Dr Scott Sherr suggests we can set the disease aside and optimize our health measures.
