The phrase "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me" is one many of us may have chanted during play as a child. On top of that, how those words come out and are interpreted is just as important! In this episode, I talk about the power that words wield and provide strategies to smooth relationships if those words did not leave the mouth quite the way imagined.
