Progress rarely happens as quickly as we expect. Most people focus on the finish line and forget that the process is where growth actually occurs.

The middle part, where nothing seems to be changing, is where you’re learning patience, resilience, and self-trust.

We tend to ask why it’s taking so long instead of asking what this time is teaching us.

The journey itself is the point. It’s where you develop the character to sustain the results you’re working for.

If everything came instantly, the change wouldn’t last because you wouldn’t have built the mindset or habits to hold it.
