This episode is part of the 6 Pillars of Self-Esteem by Nathaniel Branden. In this episode we work to understand the meaning of self responsibility and how it can cause you to not live authentically. I give a personal account of my journey as it relates to self responsibility with anger and choosing to walk away from a victim mentality. This episode is a very important lesson, everyone need to take time to assess just how responsible are you when it comes to your actions and choices.
