In this episode I will go over the definition of self acceptance to help you gain clarity on how to be more self accepting , less adversarial and non-compassionate with yourself. In order to live authentically and show up as your authentic self, it is important for you to be self accepting because this will help build your self-esteem, help you trust your self more , and increase your confidence.
