MDEP10: Positive Self Talk Statements

Are you aware that your subconscious is always recording, even when you make negative statements about yourself like, " I am so fat" or I am so stupid." In this episode, I am giving you over 90 positive statements you can use to rewrite the negative self talk stored in your subconscious. My call to action for you is to listen to this episode at least 2 times a day. This can be in the morning and mid-day or on the ride home from work for 21 days. Do yourself a favor and follow through with this call to action so that you can start rewriting your negative self talk. Also remember to correct any negative self-talk immediately by working to correct it with positive statements about you.
