Welcome to the meditation space. All the answers are within us, but often we can’t hear them because our egos or other distractions get in the way. The Inner Advisor is a powerful technique that helps us listen better to the voice of our intuition, develop our inner guidance, find clarity, and connect with our higher human qualities. This is based on shamanic and yogic principles. Remember the time and place of your next meeting with your advisor, and tell yourself you are open to having different types of advisors. Also, take the signal breath to return from this meeting. In a meditation space, imagine a ball of energy that rises up the front of your body and goes down your spine, circulating around your body as you enter a deep state of relaxation and comfort.
