Subscribe, walk and talk with me, to end 2023! Drown out the weight loss noise!

This episode invites you to examine what you need to LET GO of to make room for the new in 2023. Besides my career as a dental hygienist, I recently let go of breast implants that were causing me health issues.

It feels awkward to share this when women are losing their lives to breast cancer. Women choose to give up their breasts to save their lives.

Yet many women my age are hanging on to implants for fear of losing their body shape, percieved sexiness, confidence, and to maintain a body image standard set by all kinds of industries. I have felt selfish sharing this experience. I acknowledge that I am in a place of privledge to have had the choice of plastic surgery. Would I choose it again? If I had not done the work on myself, the work of acceptance, of aging, of changing, of continuing to dig into and accept WHO I AM, I might have. I'd love to hear your feedback on this episode on Instagram.
