I’m not trying to be a bragger but I have a belt which I bought around the time my mum died in 2007 and i needs a new smaller hole punched in it. Listen on to discover my 3 easy principles of eating that have meant my waistline has been shrinking even though I’m 53 and have type 2 diabetes.
