Hey momma,

Let’s talk about something that might surprise you. Organizing is not the same as decluttering. You can sort 300 ponytail holders into a jar or line up mini hotel shampoos in a basket, but if you never actually let go of the excess, you’re just organizing junk. And that kind of “organization” only leads to more overwhelm.

In this episode, I share a story from my own childhood about how my parents’ mindset of saving everything, from cups to ponytails to hotel shampoos, kept us organized but still drowning in stuff. The truth? You can’t organize your way out of clutter. You have to create a decluttering habit.

Here’s what you’ll hear in this episode:
✨ Why clutter = constant mental noise (even when it’s “organized”)
✨ The difference between organizing, deep cleaning, and true decluttering
✨ How to turn decluttering into a repeatable routine that fits into your weekly schedule
✨ My S2G2 Strategy (Sell, Sort, Give, Gone) to finally let things go and minimize for good
✨ Why decluttering isn’t about a weekend purge, but about protecting your peace long-term

👉 Don’t forget to grab your Declutter Scorecard before you listen. This is your roadmap for knowing exactly where to start and how to build your plan step by step. The link is in the show notes!

If you’re ready to quiet the mental noise in your home and finally live with more peace, this episode is for you. And if you need extra support building your routine, I’d love to walk alongside you. Just schedule a call with me below, and we’ll create a plan that helps you get out from under the mess, for good.
