Have you ever felt like your mornings are already off track before you even get out of bed? Like no matter how hard you try, the chaos keeps creeping in?

In today’s episode, we’re flipping the script and starting where your day actually begins—the night before. I’m going to walk you through how to habit stack your evening routine with intention so that you can finally stop crashing into bed and start resetting on purpose.

You’ll learn:

  • Why evening is the true pivot point in your day

  • The four types of reset stacks to support your mind, body, and home

  • How to choose a focus stack based on your bandwidth (no guilt!)

  • Why a mini stack is your non-negotiable—even on the messiest nights

Ultimately, I’m challenging you to stop trying to do it all at once and instead start stacking your evenings with clarity and care. Because when you end your day with intention, you set yourself up for a smoother tomorrow.
