Today we discuss common characteristics of people who successfully lose weight meaning; they lose it and keep it off without massive regain.
Before that though I though it would be useful to describe Maslow's four stages of competence when learning a new skill so you understand what the process looks like when embarking on a new skill.
They are as follows:
1. Unconscious incompetence
2. Conscious incompetence
3. Conscious competence
4. Unconscious competence
These are the stages you will go through while trying to learn how to adhere to a diet or changing your habits. Listen in to the episode for more details.
