This conversation is for the woman who knows she’s ready for more but keeps standing in her own way without even realizing it. Maybe you overthink. Maybe you wait until everything feels perfect. Maybe you say yes when you want to say no. Maybe you stay busy so you don’t have to slow down. We’ve all been there.

At the top of 2024, I made a promise to myself that I was done doing that. I wasn’t going to wait until I felt completely fearless or fully healed before I did what God told me to do. I decided to move anyway. And that decision changed everything.

So this series is an invitation to do the same.
To start noticing the small ways you block your own blessings.
To stop overcomplicating what’s already aligned.
To get out of your head and back into alignment with what you’ve been praying for.

Every week, we’ll peel back the layers: the trap of "being busy", perfectionism, procrastination, people-pleasing, control, unrealistic expectations, and more.

Each episode will help you see yourself more clearly and move through life with a little more peace and a lot more trust.
