After a jam-packed family vacation, I returned home feeling a little heavier—emotionally and physically. In this honest and relatable episode, I share the hilarious yet eye-opening moment when I discovered my beloved diaper bag was filled with literal rocks, garbage, and items that didn’t even belong to me… and how that sparked a deeper reflection on the mental weight moms carry every day.
