This week, I’m sharing a simple but powerful reflection exercise I recently did with a client (and she absolutely loved it). It’s such an easy way to start thinking about the kind of relationship you want to have with your body.

In this short, guided reflection, you’ll explore:

  • How a fulfilling relationship in your life can teach you about ‘what connection means for you’
  • The qualities you value most in relationships, and whether they show up in how you treat and speak to your body
  • Three small, intentional actions you can take today to start cultivating a kinder, more supportive relationship with your body

You don’t need anything special to get started - just a pen, paper, and an openness to reflect. Feel free to pause this episode at any point to journal or simply let the questions sink in.

If you’re ready to take this work deeper, grab my book ‘A Commitment to Self – The Book’ or join my free email community ‘Her Journal Club’

If this episode resonated with you, please share it with those you love and help create more impact by writing a review of the podcast for others to read ✨

All my love,

Kirst
