Releasing Emotional Blocks - from an interview with Amy B. Scher
Manage episode 505568004 series 3290787
"When we are storing these emotions in our body and they become stuck, they are preventing us from having the clear, clean, energetic flow through our muscles, glands and organs that we should.
"I believe that that is essential for physical health. And I also believe that when we hold emotional blocks, it blocks the energy of our spirit.
"It blocks who we are from expressing that out into the world."
