Hello my friends, this is Victoria Lioznyansky, and you’re listening to the Confidence Within podcast. The reason I created this podcast is to help ambitious professionals and entrepreneurs like yourself develop unshakeable speaking confidence, or as I call it, the confidence within.

I know that so many of you struggle with the fear of public speaking. Which is crazy because most of you are true experts in what you do, right? And if I asked you right now if you’re generally a confident person, you would most likely answer ‘yes’. But something happens when you find yourself in a situation where all eyes are on you and you have to speak publicly. All of a sudden, your confidence evaporates and the imposter syndrome kicks in. Sound familiar?

Well, the reason I know the feeling so well is that I used to be terrified of public speaking myself. As a software engineer turned high-level manager turned entrepreneur, I struggled to make sense of my speaking anxiety and figure out a solution for myself. It took me years to finally learn how to overcome my public speaking fears. And I can tell you right now, it had nothing to do with “fake it till you make it”, pushing through fear, or practicing endlessly. Instead, I discovered how to shift the way I viewed myself, my audience, and public speaking in general. I learned how to build this unshakable CONFIDENCE WITHIN and how to turn it ON when I needed to speak with confidence and authority.

This show is all about igniting your inner confidence, learning to show up with genuine authority and brilliance, and becoming the best version of yourself.
