Having a good handle on your emotions and helping others with big emotional moments will build trust in your leadership. Finding that balance of not getting too high or too low is a skill that requires refinement and experience. Join us as we talk about how emotion can build amazing moments but can just as easily rob you of opportunities to be successful.
