After attending the “Hands Off!” protest in Charlotte, we came home with a renewed sense of purpose: that being our truest selves—two women in love, choosing joy, choosing kindness—is an act of revolution. In this episode, Liz opens up about softening into her feminine energy, what that’s meant for her growth, and shares an excerpt from her upcoming book exploring the necessity of balance, not dominance, in reshaping our society. Plus, we recount how our well-intentioned Costco adventure turned into an overstimulating nightmare. It was worth it to vote with our dollars!

Some key takeaways from this episode include:

  • We vote with our dollars every time we spend money. Supporting businesses that align with your values is a powerful form of everyday resistance.

  • Authenticity is activism: living truthfully—especially in a world that demands conformity—is one of the most radical things we can do.

  • Balance starts from within, always. Societal change begins on the individual level. Embracing both masculine and feminine energy can help restore a deeper sense of harmony in yourself, and in the world around you.
