I was so grateful to join Shreya on The Soul Mirror for a transformative conversation on healing trauma and restoring balance to the nervous system. Together we explored how trauma—both personal and ancestral—shapes the way we feel and respond to life, and why real healing must include the body as much as the mind and spirit.

I shared how unresolved emotional wounds can begin even before birth, how generational imprints affect our well-being, and why somatic practices are essential for releasing trauma stored in the body.
