In this episode, Linda shares an honest update on her journey four months into her nurse practitioner fellowship. While she’s gaining valuable experience and growing each week, the transition hasn’t been easy. From working five days a week (which she’s not loving) to managing a complex patient population, it’s been a challenge finding balance. Linda opens up about still navigating self-doubt as a new grad, and how she's slowly building confidence and stepping out of her shell—while also thinking about what kind of work schedule she actually wants in the long run. If you're a new NP or just adjusting to a demanding new role, you’ll definitely relate.
