Overcoming Alcoholism and Self-Harm with Alonso Medrano
Manage episode 508810933 series 3692583
I sat down with Alonso Medrano, a local marriage and family therapist with over 17 years of experience, including 11 years dedicated to helping youth with their mental health and academics.
We went into depth about our experiences with alcoholism, breaking generational curses in our families, and how self-harm can quickly lead to professional and personal disasters.
I hope this conversation will help anyone struggling with substance abuse, negative thinking patterns, or bad habits of any kind. A healthier life can be a few small adjustments away!
Best,
