👁️ This meditation is a practice in pure awareness—because at its core, meditation isn’t about control, it’s about noticing. Noticing your thoughts, your feelings, your surroundings. Simply observing what is.

This is an open-eye meditation, designed to be done anywhere—while driving, at the gym, working, cleaning—wherever you are. Through gentle prompts, you’ll be guided to tune into your environment, your body, and the present moment. With each pause, you’ll have space to simply notice.

The beauty of this practice is its simplicity. The more you notice, the more meditative life becomes.
