I think back to the years I was struggling with infertility, and it never ceased to amaze me how many endless and creative ways my brain would come up with the worst-case scenario in every situation...

  • It’s never going to happen
  • I should have started sooner
  • If this doesn’t work, I don’t know how to keep going
  • What’s wrong with me
  • Am I too old?
  • What does that test result mean – should I google it for 3 hours?
  • Why did I eat that piece of cheese
  • Did my husband have too many beers this cycle
  • I can’t sleep – this is ruining my fertility

The list went ON. If any of that felt familiar to you as you're trying to conceive, then you are in the right place for today’s episode.

Because having these thoughts doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong - it means you’re human.

But it can make your life miserable as you’re struggling to get pregnant. So today I’m going to help you stop that loop of endless negative thoughts and show you how to use your mind to support yourself instead.
