Self-trust isn't something you're born with.

Self trust is cultivated in how you show up for yourself and if no one has taught you how in today's episode I'm going to show you how you can start to build trust with yourself.

If you don't trust yourself, you will overthink and second guess yourself at every choice or decision, you'll rely on others for validation, you won't know what you're truly capable of, you'll struggle to follow through and quietly you'll think that you just can't count on yourself.

That cycle ends today.
