Robin Miles began her healing journey later in life after a painful betrayal revealed deep-rooted disconnection and unresolved pain across all areas of her life.

At 60, she made a conscious decision to rebuild from within, joining a women-centered healing community where she learned to release emotional armor and embrace authenticity.

Her exploration led her to tantra (a practice of embodiment, breath, and presence) that helped her reconnect with her body and reclaim her joy and sensuality.

Learning to set healthy boundaries became a core part of her transformation, shifting her from victimhood to self-ownership.

Now a tantra teacher and embodiment guide, Robin helps others slow down, feel deeply, and step into their truth.

Her story is a powerful reminder that healing and growth are always possible at any age.

Key Takeaways from from Robin’s Journey

1. Rock bottom can spark rebirth - The moments that break us can also be the ones that awaken our true power.

2. Boundaries are empowering - Saying “no” is an act of self-respect. Boundaries create space for aligned and healthy connections.

3. Grief and growth go hand in hand - Letting go isn’t easy, but it makes room for peace, clarity, and new beginnings.

4. It’s never too late to begin again - No matter your age or past, you can rise, rebuild, and live a life that’s aligned with who you truly are.

Quotes by Robin

1. “It is never, ever too late. Start where you are, with who you are. Your intuition is your superpower.”

2. “Your body is not something to battle with, it’s your ally. When you move it, love it, and celebrate it, freedom follows.”
