Practical Ways to Incorporate Nature into Your Life
You don't need to become a full-time outdoors person to benefit! I suggest:
• Taking short walks outside
• Consciously breathing fresh air
• Ensuring regular sunlight exposure
• Looking at nature photos or videos (when you can't go outside)
• Hiking or running in natural settings
• Visiting a beach or local park
Remember, the key is to disconnect from stressors and reconnect with your environment!

I can't stress this enough – moving your body in nature is a game-changer.
Because:
• Combines the benefits of physical activity with the calming effects of nature
• Helps shift focus away from rumination
• Scientifically proven to benefit mental health
